Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments via PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and PayPal will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Payment is taken at time of placing your order as all the items shown on this website are available from stock. If you do not wish to pay online, you may pay by cheque. Goods will not be shipped until your cheque has cleared within our account.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When we email you with confirmation that your order has been received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If you need to contact us regarding your order, please quote the order number, which you will find on your confirmation email.
Shipping And Handling For items sent out on or after 2nd April 2013, we charge a flat fee of £3.50 for shipments to UK addresses, £5.00 to European addresses and £8.00 to other non-EU addresses.

From 24th February 2015 there is no provision for shipping to the US. If by any chance orders are made and paid for with a US delivery address whilst this suspension is in place, any monies paid will be refunded directly. Orders may be placed fromt a US address if the delivery address is elsewhere.

UK shipments are sent by Post Office first class mail; European and Rest of World (excluding US) orders are sent by airmail.

Unless otherwise stated on the home page, orders will be sent out within three working days of the order being placed, although every effort will be made to send orders placed before midday out on the same day.

Collection
If you live locally or are visiting the area and wish to collect your goods direct from the workshop, please place your order as normal then e-mail to make further arrangements. Your postage will be refunded via Paypal once the collection has been made. We would expect orders to be collected within one week, unless otherwise agreed. Please keep us informed of any problems you may have in making collection. Orders not collected as agreed will be sent by post on the next working day, and in such cases no refund of postage will be made.

Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch your order to you within 3 working days or sooner.

Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Whilst items sent by first class mail should usually be delivered in most parts of the UK on the first working day after posting, this cannot be guaranteed. Airmail packets to Europe and the Rest of the World will take longer depending upon the service in each individual country: Please refer to the UK Post Office website for guidelines on expected delivery times to countries outside the UK.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received, where this is provided.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you if it is not a one-off item. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges fivemoons is currently not VAT registered.
Credit Card Security Currently all payments are via PayPal who do not release your card or bank account details to anyone, so you can be assured that ordering through fivemoons is secure.

Privacy Policy fivemoons do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods, which must be in a wholly saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. Please note that refunds will not be made for returned goods where labels, tags and/or packaging have been removed or damaged, or the goods have been used.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
